Re-thinking the Car
Todd Woody (aka Green Wombat) has been following Think Automobile’s attempts to introduce an electric car using a fundamentally different business model than our tradional car manufacturing and sales process. Fans of Christensen’s work on disruptive technologies will no doubt be cheered by the decision to opt for a non-traditional business model; adopters of truly radical, disruptive technologies rarely want them delivered in traditional ways.
